Role

We’re looking for an Air Conditioning Projects Engineer to join our installation team based in Gloucester.

You’ll be responsible for surveying, sizing, costing, and managing air conditioning installation projects of all sizes — from domestic to large commercial and industrial applications. This is a varied and rewarding position where you’ll oversee projects from initial concept through to completion, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Survey, design, and specify air conditioning systems.
Prepare accurate costings, quotations, and project documentation.
Manage and coordinate installations from start to finish.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Skills & Qualifications Required

You’ll have hands-on experience in air conditioning and a solid understanding of project delivery. You take pride in organisation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Experience within the Air Conditioning industry
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Determination to deliver quality results.
Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.

Preferred but not essential requirement:

NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent preferred).
