Sales Executive

Territory: M4 Corridor & Southern England

Harlequin Printing & Packaging is growing. Following continued investment in our South Wales facility, we are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities across the M4 Corridor and Southern England.

If you are a proactive business developer with a background in B2B sales—specifically within the food and beverage packaging sector—we would like to hear from you.

The Role

This is a New Business focused position. Your primary objective is to leverage our technical capabilities and certifications to secure and grow new accounts within your territory.

· Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with manufacturers and brands requiring high-specification, BRC-accredited litho and digital packaging.

· Consultative Approach: Use your industry expertise to demonstrate the value of BRC AA standards within the food supply chain.

· Territory Management: Take full ownership of the M4/South region, managing your own diary and pipeline to meet agreed growth targets.

· Collaboration: Work closely with our internal production and design teams to deliver bespoke, high-quality solutions for your clients.

About You

· Proven Track Record: You have a successful background in proactive B2B sales and a natural ability to open doors with new prospects.

· Sector Knowledge: Experience in the print or packaging industry is essential. A working knowledge of direct food contact regulations is highly advantageous.

· Regional Expertise: You are well-versed in the M4 corridor and Southern England market.

· Professionalism: You are equally at home on a production floor as you are presenting in a boardroom.

· Self-Motivation: You are target-oriented, disciplined, and proud to represent a leading UK manufacturer.
