From installing solar panels to fitting battery storage and EV chargers, every day brings something new. This isn’t your typical electrical role. It’s for someone who’s curious, dependable, and proud of doing things the right way. You don’t need solar experience—just a solid background in electrical work and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided. What’s essential is your attitude: friendly, confident, and able to explain things clearly to customers who may be new to this technology.

You’ll be working closely with a small, supportive team that believes in high standards, good communication, and leaving every job better than you found it. Safety matters. So does attention to detail. But what really sets this role apart is knowing that your work is helping to build a cleaner, more sustainable world—one installation at a time.

In return, you'll earn £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience, and you'll join a growing industry that’s full of opportunity and purpose.
