This isn’t your typical electrical role. It’s for someone who’s curious, dependable, and proud of doing things the right way. You don’t need solar experience—just a solid background in electrical work and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided. What’s essential is your attitude: friendly, confident, and able to explain things clearly to customers who may be new to this technology.

You’ll be working closely with a small, supportive team that believes in high standards, good communication, and leaving every job better than you found it. Safety matters. In return, you'll earn £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience, and you'll join a growing industry that’s full of opportunity and purpose.
