Graduate Carbon Analyst – The Ethical Butcher (Full-time)
Location: London -South of England (Hybrid)

We're now looking for a Graduate Carbon Analyst to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of sustainability, agriculture, and food systems, contributing to projects that make a measurable impact on soil health, carbon emissions and ecological and social regeneration.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the measurement and verification of carbon impacts across our supply chain, with a focus on regenerative farm practices at supplier farms where you will be helping farmers to progress Regenerative Farming plans and gathering and analysing data related to their land use, livestock systems, and carbon sequestration
Working alongside our partner farms to build out life-cycle assessments (LCAs) and implementation of carbon reporting tools
Producing internal reports and external communications to share insights with our team, customers, and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
A recent graduate in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Agricultural Science, Ecological Economics, or a related discipline.
A strong interest in regenerative agriculture, carbon markets, and sustainable food systems.
Data-literate with a good command of Excel/Google Sheets and experience in the use of AI tools (experience LCA tools is a plus).
Analytical, detail-oriented, and curious — with the ability to translate numbers into insights.
A proactive team player with excellent communication skills and not nervous to work with time poor farmers across the country.
