Key Responsibilities
- Door to door outreach: Engage directly with households, educating them on energy efficiency solutions and available government funding.
- Customer engagement: Build trust and rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions.
- Sales presentation: Deliver persuasive and personalised proposals that demonstrate the financial and environmental benefits of upgrades.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate data on leads, customer interactions, and outcomes using company tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales or transferable experience: Previous door to door, telesales, or customer service experience is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills: Confident, clear, and persuasive verbal skills are essential.
- Self-motivated: Driven to succeed in a performance-based environment.
- Organised and reliable: Capable of managing time, follow-ups, and documentation with precision.
- Adaptable and proactive: Able to think on your feet and tailor your approach to different customer situations.
Additional Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred (travel to different locations may be required).
- Access to a smartphone and/or tablet for tracking leads and managing appointments.
- Full training provided, covering energy schemes, customer engagement, and sales techniques.
