PropertyRun Electrical Contracting is a well-established company with over 15 years of industry experience. We specialise in electrical contracting, providing same-day responses to property management clients across London. We’ve recently taken on a major EV charger deployment contract, marking a new and exciting phase of growth.
We are now looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at our newly refurbished office in Stirling Corner, Borehamwood WD6.
Role OverviewThis role is essential to the smooth running of our operations. You’ll be responsible for supporting our team of engineers and managing core admin functions that keep the business moving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking callouts for our team of 7 engineers
- Coordinating and managing EICRs/PIRs (electrical inspections)
- Sending quotations and following up with clients
- Uploading and notifying certificates on the NICEIC portal
- Checking engineers’ timesheets for approval
- Ordering and tracking materials, reconciling deliveries
- General office administration tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar admin/job booking role
- Experience with Clik Service and Microsoft Office is essential
- Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily tasks
- Previous experience in an electrical or field service company is preferred
What We Offer- £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (based on experience)

- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
