What You'll Do:
- 🔢 Quantitative Modeling & Portfolio Monitoring (~33%): Develop and enhance credit risk models and user-friendly portfolio dashboards using Python, Excel, Bloomberg, and internal SQL databases. Your insights will directly inform our investment decisions.
- 📑 Fundamental Credit Analysis & Reporting (~33%): Perform bottom-up analysis, evaluate financial statements, bond covenants, and issuer credit quality. Prepare compelling investment memos, issuer updates, and concise market commentaries.
- 🤖 AI & Automation Initiatives (~33%): Drive innovation by testing and integrating generative AI tools to automate research, draft social media content, and streamline internal workflows.
- 🤝 Collaboration & Innovation: Collaborate closely with senior analysts and portfolio managers, immerse yourself in our investment processes, and proactively suggest enhancements to our analytical approaches.

What We're Looking For:
- 🎓 Education: Analytically driven individuals from diverse backgrounds are welcome—not strictly finance or economics. Ideal candidates will have or be completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics (with strong analytical skills), or any STEM discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science).
- 🛠️ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and Excel required (VBA is a plus). Familiarity with SQL and Bloomberg Terminal beneficial but not mandatory.
- 💡 Innovation Mindset: Passion for or exposure to machine learning and generative AI, coupled with enthusiasm for creatively applying technology to financial research.
- Fluent English. A second European language is a plus, but not required.
