Led by a proven group of digital advertising executives, Fenestra has gone through a rapid period of product development, notably releasing a campaign optimisation automation product called Actus and Advanced automatic reporting, ChatFST, and is now developing fast in 2025 and beyond. We're seeking a talented Junior Data Scientist to join our innovative team, working across two key areas: LLM-driven AI solutions and advertising performance optimization. You'll contribute to cutting-edge AI projects while helping optimize advertising campaigns through data-driven insights.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
AI/LLM Projects:
- Assist in developing applications using latest LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Support campaign optimisation using statistical and machine learning models
- Analyse advertising performance metrics and trends
- Contribute to predictive modelling for ad performance
- Help develop automated optimisation algorithms
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse large datasets (>100mn's rows) to extract actionable insights
- Develop and maintain ML models for campaign optimisation
- Assist in creating and maintaining data pipelines
- Build and improve dashboard visualisations
- Support A/B testing and performance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Document technical processes and findings
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in data science or related field
- Strong Python programming skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with LLM frameworks and prompt engineering
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Understanding of digital advertising metrics and KPIs: Technical understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem from Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Verification vendors and agencies is a big plus, but not essential
- Version control experience (Git)
- Familiarity with tree-based methods and gradient boosting techniques.
