Key Responsibilities

Lead and validate manufacturing processes (injection molding, assembly, sterilization).
Drive efficiency, quality, and throughput using Lean/Six Sigma.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement (DMAIC, Kaizen).
Use statistical tools (SPC, DOE, MSA) to ensure process control and product reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical).
3+ years in regulated manufacturing (medical devices preferred).
Strong in Lean, Six Sigma, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and data analysis.
Preferred: Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Minitab/JMP skills.
