Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming the UK’s commercial transport infrastructure? We’re on a mission to revolutionise the way fleets access low and zero-emission energy — and we’re looking for a High Voltage & Grid Manager to join us at the heart of it all.
As part of a cutting-edge tech team, you’ll be shaping the UK’s first multi-fuel, low-carbon fuelling hubs. These sites will support electric charging, HVO, bio-CNG, and hydrogen, enabling the shift away from fossil fuels and cutting emissions where it matters most: heavy and light goods vehicles.
🌍 What You'll Be Doing
- Secure grid connections across a growing pipeline of sites nationwide
- Lead early-stage grid feasibility studies and obtain Point of Connection (PoC) offers
- Review and manage HV designs from main contractors and ICPs
- Collaborate across teams to integrate BESS, EMS, and on-site renewables
- Be our go-to expert on the UK grid connection process and ENA G99/G100 compliance
- Support electrical design through to construction (RIBA Stage 4)
🎓 What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Electrical, Energy, or Power Engineering
- 4+ years of experience with high-voltage infrastructure (DNO or ICP background)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools
- Confident, communicative, and technically curious – you ask the right questions
- Incorporated Engineer status (or actively working toward Chartership)
