Job Title: Ecologist

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and carry out ecological field surveys
- Analyse and interpret survey data
- Act as Ecological Clerk of Works (ECoW)
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
What Our Client is Looking For:
- A degree in ecology or a related field
- Membership of CIEEM (Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management)
- Strong protected species survey skills — especially hazel dormouse
- Ability to lead protected species surveys (CIEEM Capable level)
- FISC Level 3+ (desirable) or equivalent field identification skills
- Protected species licences (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and teamworking skills
- Full UK/EEC driving licence
