About the Role
This role is with Telecycle Europe Ltd, a leading e-waste management and recycling organization and proud subsidiary of Majestic. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to join our growing team.
You'll primarily be based at our state-of-the-art Wrexham facility, with additional compliance support required at our Deeside site. This role plays a key part in ensuring we stay ahead of regulatory demands, particularly in relation to UK and European WEEE legislation, Basel Convention movements, and global e-waste compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day compliance activities across both sites: document control, regulatory monitoring, and records management.
Stay current on UK, EU, and international e-waste regulations, and help prepare both sites for compliance updates.
Assist in maintaining ISO certifications (Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, Information Security, and Logistics).
Monitor warehouse processes and ensure full regulatory compliance at both Wrexham and Deeside.
Facilitate Basel Convention documentation and track cross-border e-waste shipments.
Communicate with customers and suppliers to maintain high standards of regulatory compliance.
Assist with audits, internal reviews, and reporting.
Attend relevant industry events and training to stay ahead of compliance trends and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
A proactive and adaptable individual who enjoys navigating regulatory environments.
Willingness to split time between Wrexham and Deeside, with some travel as required.
Interest or experience in WEEE, Basel Convention, and global e-waste regulations.
Desire for continued learning—particularly in achieving WAMITAB certification (with support provided).
Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
Previous experience in compliance, warehouse operations, or environmental administration is a plus but not required.
