Are you a passionate Sustainability Consultant looking for a exciting opportunity to work on meaningful, future:focused projects?
We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our clients sustainability team, with the ability to attend their Cardiff office one day per week. You will work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, providing expert guidance to ensure compliance with energy performance standards and drive low:carbon design.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out SAP Calculations and SBEM Assessments to support Building Regulation compliance
- Contribute to sustainability strategies for new developments
- Collaborate with architects and design teams to deliver energy:efficient solutions
- Generate accurate, high:quality reports and assessments
What Were Looking For
x2705; Demonstrated experience in SAP Calculations and SBEM
x2705; A good understanding of UK Building Regulations
x2705; Based within a commutable distance to Cardiff
x2705; Strong communication and reporting skills
Desirable (but Not Essential)
x2795; Experience with Energy Statements
x2795; Proficiency in IES VE or other dynamic simulation tools
x2795; BREEAM knowledge or similar accreditations
