We're looking for an exceptional graduate to join our Finance team as a
Finance Automation Analyst. This is a unique role at the intersection of finance, technology, and process improvement, designed for someone who loves problem solving, working with data, and driving change.

What you'll do
As a
Finance Automation Analyst, you'll play a key role in transforming how our finance function works. You'll work closely with subject matter experts across the business to identify opportunities for automation and then design, build, and implement solutions using Alteryx and other digital tools.
You'll
- Map and analyse existing finance processes to spot opportunities for improvement
- Build robust, scalable automation workflows that save time and improve accuracy
- Gain Alteryx Advanced Certification (with fully funded training) within your first year
- Support finance colleagues by sharing your automation knowledge and best practices
- Work with large datasets, turning messy information into valuable insights
- Collaborate with finance leaders and IT to deliver high-impact solutions
- Play an active role in Zenith's Finance Centre of Excellence
What we're looking for
- A 2:1 or above in Mathematics, Economics, Data Science or another numerate discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- The ability to work with large, unstructured datasets
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Great communication skills – comfortable speaking to a wide range of stakeholders
- A proactive, self-starting attitude
It's a Bonus If You Have
- Experience with automation tools, coding (Python/SQL/R), or data visualisation (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience working in a finance or data-related role (even an internship)
