Junior BI Analyst
London (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
We’re growing! A fast-scaling data insights company is hiring a Junior BI Analyst to support dashboard development, data preparation, and grow into client-facing insight delivery. This role is perfect for someone curious, coachable, and eager to build strong technical and client skills.
What you’ll do
- Support dashboard creation and data visualisation (Power BI, Tableau).
- Assist with data prep, CRM analytics, and campaign reporting.
- Learn SQL and grow into pipeline/data orchestration skills.
- Work directly with client teams and senior analysts on insight delivery.
- Gain exposure to AI-assisted analytics tools and attribution models.
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and willingness to be client-facing.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL and data visualisation tools.
- Exposure to CRM data, segmentation, or campaign analytics (nice to have).
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn cloud tools (AWS, BigQuery).
- A team player who thrives on learning and growth.
