We are seeking a Partnerships Associate to support the development of collaborations across the fast-growing energy storage sector. This is an early-career role suited to someone with a technical background who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and learning about the business side of advanced energy technologies.
You will gain hands-on experience by:
- Supporting relationship-building with universities, research institutions, and industry bodies.
- Mapping and tracking potential collaborators and funding opportunities.
- Assisting in supplier and partner engagement for research and scale-up projects.
- Representing the organisation at industry events, expos, and networking activities.
- Maintaining accurate records of partnership activity through the CRM system.

What We’re Looking For
- Degree in a relevant subject (e.g. chemistry, materials science, engineering, sustainability).
- Ability to understand and discuss the science behind energy storage technologies with confidence.
- Strong communication and networking skills, comfortable engaging with academic, commercial, and industry stakeholders.
- Early-career experience in clean energy, advanced materials, or related fields.
- Self-motivation, curiosity, and drive to build a career in a fast-moving sector.
