Role Description
This is a full-time on-site BREEAM Assessor role located in Manchester. The BREEAM Assessor will be responsible for assessing the environmental sustainability performance of buildings and assisting in achieving BREEAM certification.
Responsibilities
- Conduct BREEAM assessments for various projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainability measures.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for BREEAM certification.
- Provide guidance on best practices for sustainable building design.
- Stay updated on BREEAM standards and regulations.
- Liaise with clients to understand their sustainability goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a BREEAM Assessor or similar role.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on sustainability.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and ArcGIS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes and standards.
- Relevant certifications in sustainability or environmental assessment are preferred.
