About The Role
As Professor of Entrepreneurship, you will:
- Provide academic leadership for entrepreneurship across the three strategic dimensions of:
- Our Student Experience & Opportunities
- Our People, Place & Partnerships
- Our Research & Enterprise
- Be based within the Business School, leading the development and delivery of education, research, external engagement, and commercial activity in entrepreneurship.
- Collaborate with colleagues across faculties to embed entrepreneurship into curricula and the wider student experience.
- Translate research and education into commercial income streams, helping to shape a compelling business engagement offer for partners in Wrexham, Wales, and the World.
- Drive a step change in enterprise education, research, and knowledge exchange aligned with our core values: Excellence, Inclusion, Collaboration, Transformation, and Sustainability.
- Position Wrexham University as the go-to institution for co-creating innovative and entrepreneurial solutions to economic and social challenges.
- Lead income-generating initiatives including short courses, consultancy, CPD, and knowledge transfer.
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration across the University to amplify our impact and reach.
