We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Director – Support Partnerships to help shape the future of our supported living offer, ensuring people with diverse support needs can thrive in safe, inclusive, and sustainable housing.
This is a unique opportunity to shape national supported living partnerships at a senior level, with the scope to make a real social impact. You’ll work alongside a committed Executive Team and Board, leading innovation and ensuring quality remains at the heart of everything we do.
About the Role
As Operations Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
- Building and sustaining partnerships with commissioners, housing associations, and care providers.
- Leading due diligence for new services, partnerships, or acquisitions.
- Driving business growth, ensuring new opportunities balance financial sustainability with social impact.
- Overseeing governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Influencing at a strategic level and representing our organisation externally.
About You
You’ll bring:
- Senior-level experience in governance, compliance, or risk management.
- A proven ability to build partnerships and influence Local Authorities or Commissioners.
- Strong business development skills and financial acumen.
- A track record of leading operational teams to deliver excellent outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks in social care and/or housing.
- A collaborative, values-driven leadership style with integrity and resilience.
Location: Flexible (with regular national travel)
Reports to: Chief Executive
Hours: Full Time (Monday – Friday)
Salary: £68,000 - £98,000
