We’re looking for an experienced Solar/PV Engineer to join our growing team, delivering commercial and industrial (C&I) solar installations and providing ongoing maintenance support across the UK.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of commercial-scale solar PV systems.
- Work on integrating Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with PV installations.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standard.
- Contribute to design reviews and technical solutions for complex projects.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with commercial/industrial solar PV installations.
- Strong knowledge of BESS integration and hybrid energy systems.
- Familiarity with inverters, monitoring systems, and relevant UK electrical standards.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, C&G) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project delivery.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
