Technical Manager – Multi-Platform Experience Required - Permanent
Technical Manager with strong mechanical knowledge of Vestas, Siemens, and Nordex platforms is required to oversee UK-wide operations in a permanent role with our client.
Location: UK Wide
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operational planning and scheduling.
- Perform turbine maintenance and repairs on Nordex, Siemens and Vestas platforms.
- Manage parts ordering and ensure team readiness.
- Lead, mentor, and support technicians.
- Ensure health & safety compliance and prepare RAMS.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in wind energy.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of multiple turbine systems.
- Previous experience as an Authorised Technician/Engineer – troubleshooting & repairs.
- Proven leadership and organisational skills.
- Customer-focused with strong communication abilities.
