The Role
The mission of the Account Executive UK is to drive sell-in revenue by managing commercial relationships with distributors and VARs, negotiating stocking plans, and ensuring partners purchase, stock, and promote Wallbox’s products in line with agreed business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with distributors and VARs in the assigned territory.
- Negotiate sell-in orders, stocking agreements, and promotional buy-ins to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and execute joint business plans with partners, setting quarterly and annual sell-in targets.
- Collaborate closely with the BDR to ensure the sell-out pipeline is converted into sell-in orders.
- Manage pricing discussions, special offers, and promotional terms with partners.
- Provide sales forecasts and visibility on partner order plans to support supply chain planning.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in channel sales, distribution account management, or partner development in technical or electrical product industries.
- Proven success in sell-in negotiations and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, comfortable with volume and margin discussions.
- Experienced in joint business planning with channel partners.
- Data-driven approach to reviewing sell-out data and adjusting sell-in strategy accordingly.
- Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales forecasting processes.
- Able to collaborate effectively with a BDR to align sell-in with market demand.
