I had a Senior Planner join them earlier this year (she's getting on amazingly and really enjoying it!), so I can share plenty of information about the role, culture, and progression. They're looking for someone to join their team as a Senior, with experience or to take that step up from Consultant level, with 4+ years' experience, working in either the private or public sector.
