Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Guest Relations Agent, located in Salford. The Guest Relations Agent will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding guest experience by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Key responsibilities include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, performing receptionist duties, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. This role is central to creating a welcoming and delightful experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs
- Experience in Guest Relations and Receptionist Duties, including welcoming guests and managing reservations
- An approachable and professional demeanor with dedication to providing superior hospitality
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems, including property management software
