In this role, youβll:
π§ Develop and optimise machine learning workflows, including predictive modelling, anomaly detection, and decision-making systems
π Support the design and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure (GCP, Azure, or AWS)
π‘ Contribute to data pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and scaling across production environments
πΌ Work with multi-modal LLMs β combining text, images, and sensor data β to support real-time operational intelligence
π Explore advanced approaches such as RAG, reinforcement learning, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
π€ Collaborate closely with founders and engineers to shape product direction, technical decisions, and engineering best practices

What Weβre Looking For:
π BSc or above in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
π Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks and tooling
βοΈ Exposure to at least one major cloud platform (GCP, Azure, AWS)
π Understanding of ML workflows β especially anomaly detection, predictive modelling, and model evaluation
π§ Familiarity with MLOps concepts such as deployment, monitoring, and reproducibility
π₯ Interest in multi-modal LLMs and emerging techniques (RAG, RL, MCP)
π₯ Startup mindset β adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments
