Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Biomass Engineer located in Lincolnshire. The Biomass Engineer will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving biomass systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Daily tasks include installing, servicing, and diagnosing issues within biomass systems, collaborating with team members, and ensuring systems meet safety and regulatory standards. The role also requires staying updated with advancements in renewable energy technologies to support system improvements.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Power Generation, Steam systems, and Power Systems
- Understanding of Wind Energy and renewable energy applications
- Expertise in Electrical Engineering and related technical skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Lincolnshire and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Previous experience with biomass systems or other renewable energy technologies
