A leading London firm known for market-shaping, high-value work is seeking a dynamic Pitch Executive to join its collaborative Marketing & Business Development team. Sitting within a team of three, you will report to an experienced Pitch Manager and be supported by a Pitch Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone confident working with fee earners and advising on best practice across the full bids lifecycle. The firm is also driving innovation in AI, and this role will be central to preparing and managing pitch responses and credential materials.
Key responsibilities include:
- Writing pitch content, including credential statements, RFIs and RFPs
- Acting as a superuser for the firm’s AI platform and supporting its adoption
- Maintaining and updating the pitch library
- Gathering relevant research and insights
- Supporting pitch reporting and ensuring feedback is captured
This role is ideal for someone with bids experience in a professional services environment. You will need excellent writing skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and strong interpersonal skills.
