Role Objective
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the Global Orchestration Team to support the implementation of the Global Digital Strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your internal network and profile and to interact with colleagues across all WSP regions and end markets.
You will be part of the Global Digital Orchestration Team, and will work with Regional Digital Leads, Global Digital Offering Leads, and our global regions.
You will report to the Program Manager – Global Digital Offerings to effectively co-ordinate the flow of information such as proposals, reports and presentations. You will also perform analytical tasks: collating, tracking, summarizing, and presenting key data about the program and maintaining communications with stakeholders across WSP’s global regions.
You will also act as Digital Librarian for The Carbon Hub, ensuring the integrity, relevance, and usability of content within the Carbon Hub platform. This role plays a critical part in supporting WSP’s commitment to sustainability and the transition to a low-carbon economy by curating and managing high-quality decarbonisation resources.
A Little More About Your Role…
- Setting up and improving systems and processes for global orchestration of digital, enabling WSP to meet our digital ambitions.
- Provide clarity through effective reporting and tracking. Manage the co-ordination and execution of reporting and information exchanges between the Orchestration Team and the Regional Digital Leads, Global Digital Offering leads, and key internal stakeholders.
- Manage the creation and use of a suite of PowerBI reports, ensuring the timely availability of accurate information to support decision making and presentations to stakeholders.
- Supporting with the creation and collation of project stories and case studies by analysing recent wins and opportunities and reporting these back via the global communications team.
- Maintain a schedule of calendar events, and a high-level program for the co-ordination and tracking of activity across all aspects of the digital program.
- Co-ordinate the preparation of business cases and proposal documents, working with stakeholders to ensure that inputs are timely and accurate.
- Maintain the WSP Global Digital Platforms Portfolio, capturing all required detail for the Digital, Legal and Marketing teams to use as required.
- Management of content & workflows, as well as governance and collaboration of the Carbon Hub. Regular updates and reporting of progress to the Carbon Hub team and engagement with regional Carbon Hub representative.
- Whilst most of the role can be undertaken within core hours, some out of hours Teams meetings may be necessary reflecting the global nature of this role.
What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…
- Good project management skills.
- Good communication skills, confident in communicating at all levels.
- Good skills in MS Teams, MS Office including working in Excel, proficiency in MS PowerPoint. Willingness to learn basic - intermediate level MS SharePoint.
- Experience in a digital role is not required; however, you must have a curiosity and desire to learn and develop your understanding of digital in WSP.
- Good organisation skills and ability to work and stay motivated without direct supervision.
