Director of Planning & Performance
Location: Pontypridd (with regular cross‑campus engagement)
Working Pattern: 60% on campus / 40% remote
Salary: Circa £90,000

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will lead the development of insight‑rich planning and performance frameworks that directly drive delivery of the USW 2030 Strategy. You will champion a data‑driven culture, lead our business‑intelligence and data‑governance approaches, oversee statutory reporting and external surveys, and work across faculties and professional services to ensure we make confident, evidence‑based decisions.
You will also lead and coordinate the University’s strategic planning cycle, ensuring alignment, accountability and focus across the whole organisation.
