AI Consultant – Enterprise Solutions
Location: London (Hybrid) / Open to Netherlands
Our client is a high growth AI native consultancy helping large organisations turn AI into real business value. They are looking for an AI consultant with practical experience to work directly with executives and teams to demystify AI, identify opportunities with the greatest impact, and implement practical AI solutions.
This role combines coaching, solution design, and AI implementation. You will help organisations adopt AI effectively while ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and individual sessions with senior leaders to improve AI fluency and confidence
- Identify and prioritise AI use cases that deliver the greatest business value
- Design and implement solutions using tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Studio, and Power Automate
- Collaborate with teams and technical experts to ensure solutions work effectively
- Document and communicate use cases, business value, and outcomes
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing to keep the team ahead in AI
Requirements
- Three plus years in consulting, technology, or AI focused roles
- Practical experience with AI tools and solutions
- Comfortable working directly with clients and running workshops or advisory sessions
- Able to explain complex AI concepts simply to non-technical audiences
- Self directed, detail oriented, and adaptable in a fast growing environment
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
