We’re partnering with a global technology organisation leading innovation in Generative AI. They are expanding a specialist team focused on evaluating and improving next-generation image and video AI models.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with engineers and product teams helping shape how advanced AI models are tested, measured, and improved.
💡 The Role
As a Data Analyst, you will support the evaluation of cutting-edge generative AI models across image and video content. You’ll help design and run evaluation processes that measure model quality across areas such as visual quality, prompt accuracy, identity preservation, naturalness, and visual text generation.
You will play a key role in identifying model gaps, supporting improvements to training data, and helping scale evaluation protocols across global teams.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype human-rating and semi-automated evaluation frameworks
- Conduct small-to-medium scale evaluation of AI-generated image and video content
- Analyse results to identify model performance gaps
- Support data mining and preparation of training datasets to improve model output
- Work with cross-functional teams to scale validated evaluation processes
- Contribute to data annotation, quality review, and operational support
- Provide insights and recommendations based on evaluation findings
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in data analysis, QA analysis, or similar analytical roles
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or Unix environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle quality differences
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Experience working within product-focused technology environments
⭐ Desirable Experience
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, computer vision, or generative AI models
- Experience with annotation, data curation, or model evaluation
- Background in software testing or technical product analysis
🎓 Education
- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Bioinformatics, or another STEM-related discipline
