We are seeking a Chief AI Officer to own our AI strategy and technical execution end-to-end.
The Role
- Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for all AI products and capabilities.
- Execution: Oversee the lifecycle of AI models, ensuring scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Governance: Lead MLOps, model validation, bias mitigation, and audit readiness.
- Leadership: Serve as the primary AI authority for executive leadership, clients, and regulators.
Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering or ML, with 5+ years shipping AI models in production.
- Leadership: 3–5+ years in senior technical leadership roles.
- Technical Depth: Expert in AI model development and scaling systems in high-stakes environments.
- Domain: Experience in fintech or highly regulated industries is preferred.
