Job Description:

Designing water, drainage and firefighting systems
Designing HVAC systems and cooling loads
Sizing pipes and ducts
Implementing ASHRAE, NFPA, SBC codes and standards.
Review design information and comment in relation to technical compliance
Ensure all Mechanical Designs are reviewed prior to construction
Checking each stage of the process to ensure that designs are collaborated correctly.
Using Revit MEP in the Design and Shop Drawings Professionally.

Job Requirements

B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
3-5 years’ experience of Mechanical Design Engineer with enough site construction background to provide solutions when required.
Arabic and English proficiency.
Professional skills in Revit MEP are a must.
Professional skills in AutoCAD.
Professional in Block Load and HAP, Duct Sizer, Elite
Awareness of International Standards for mechanical services.
Ability to work under high pressure and carrying out simultaneous multi-tasks.
Self-motivated with high organizational and communication skills.
Highly committed and up to the company’s code of ethics.
Experience in High Rise Residential & Commercial Buildings
Preparing Red Line and As Build Drawing.
