The Role

Drive new business through structured outbound prospecting and targeted outreach.
Conduct discovery calls, understand business needs, and position sustainability-led solutions.
Build and execute outbound campaigns, while managing inbound interest from the website and referrals.
Manage a 1–2 month consultative sales cycle with deal sizes progressing towards £100k.
Maintain pipeline accuracy, CRM discipline, and a consistent sales process (super important)
Engage directly with directors and senior leaders; closing will initially be supported by the leadership team.

Who We’re Looking For

Proven B2B sales experience with a consultative approach (ideally from a consultative background or SaaS)
High‑energy outbound mindset - motivated to prospect and build pipeline.
Curious, intelligent, and strong at uncovering business needs.
Organised, process‑oriented, and comfortable working with CRM frameworks.
Understand the nuances of sustainability and work in a scaling consultancy

£40k–£50k base + double OTE
