This is Prime is excited to be Partnered with a scaling Environment and Sustainability Consultancy. This one is for the Top Sales People (SDRs, AEs, BDMs) who have an interest in one of the largest growing and 'here to stay' sectors.

The Role
- Drive new business through structured outbound prospecting and targeted outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls, understand business needs, and position sustainability-led solutions.
- Build and execute outbound campaigns, while managing inbound interest from the website and referrals.
- Manage a 1–2 month consultative sales cycle with deal sizes progressing towards £100k.
- Maintain pipeline accuracy, CRM discipline, and a consistent sales process (super important)
- Engage directly with directors and senior leaders; closing will initially be supported by the leadership team.

Who We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience with a consultative approach (ideally from a consultative background or SaaS)
- High‑energy outbound mindset - motivated to prospect and build pipeline.
- Curious, intelligent, and strong at uncovering business needs.
- Organised, process‑oriented, and comfortable working with CRM frameworks.
- Understand the nuances of sustainability and work in a scaling consultancy
£40k–£50k base + double OTE
