The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and commercially-minded Social Media Manager who can take ownership of all organic social media growth across key channels. This is a role where you’ll roll your sleeves up and make a tangible impact. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Manage and support all social media activity, focusing on Instagram and TikTok
- Own content creation and curation—images, videos, reels, and more
- Work directly with the founder in a fast-paced, founder-led business
- Collaborate with agencies to ensure campaigns are executed effectively
- Analyse performance metrics and optimise content to maximise engagement and growth
- Support local market activity across Europe
- Lead execution independently while contributing to the wider marketing strategy
- Opportunity for international travel as part of the role
About You:
- Experienced in social media management, ideally stepping up from a senior executive level
- Strong eye for content, creativity, and storytelling
- Confident managing agencies and collaborating cross-functionally
- Proficient in Instagram
- Commercially minded with strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and happy to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Passion for beauty, wellness, or lifestyle
