Job Requirements

- Are comfortable using data and HR systems to spot trends and guide decision-making. We use HiBob and have automated our workflows and tasks to keep admin to a minimum, allowing us to focus on value-add activities.

- Can balance a human-centric approach with a commercial mindset, ensuring people strategy drives business success.
- Adapt easily to change and bring energy to new initiatives.
What we’re looking for
- CIPD Associate level, degree in HR/Business, or relevant experience in a People-related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that can sometimes be a little ambiguous.
- Ability to influence, problem-solve, and manage sensitive situations.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
- Champion employee experience through fair, consistent, and proactive support.
- Provide guidance, advice, and support on the full people experience lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding, through performance management and exit.
- Lead talent initiatives, developing and delivering long-term talent strategies to ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.
- Guide performance management and coach managers for success.
- Drive change and support organisational transitions, including potential M&A and TUPE activities.
- Leverage data to inform decisions and improve processes, driving a high-performing culture.
- Deliver projects that bring our people strategy to life.
