Are you an experienced sales or business development professional with a background in merchandise, print, workwear, branding, or corporate procurement? We’re now inviting a self-employed Partner Director to join us. In this role, you’ll build your own portfolio of clients while leveraging Brandably’s premium product range, sustainable catalogue, design support, and trusted supply chain. With Brandably positioned as a modern, elevated alternative to traditional merchandise suppliers, you’ll have everything you need to grow rapidly and profitably.
What You’ll Gain as a Brandably Partner- Leading uncapped earning potential (realistic £120k–£150k+ OTE per annum)

- Operations, quoting, sourcing, and fulfilment support, allowing you to focus purely on growth
- The ability to offer exclusive membership pricing and curated swag packs to clients

Your Role as a Partner Director- Build and manage your own client portfolio across industries such as real estate, tech, finance, hospitality, events, and corporate services
- Introduce companies to Brandably’s premium sustainable merchandise, work fashion solutions, and fully managed gifting service
- Use Brandably’s in-house design and sourcing teams to deliver exceptional product collections
- Represent Brandably at networking events, trade shows, business groups, BNI, and your own outreach
- Build long-term client relationships that drive recurring orders and year-round spend
What We’re Looking For- Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or branded merchandise
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A driven, entrepreneurial mindset
- The ability to work independently while leveraging Brandably’s support structure
- A passion for premium products, sustainability, and helping brands elevate their identity
