Joining our small but mighty social team, you'll blend hands-on craft with confident thinking, as you lead end-to-end, paid-first and organic social strategies across key flagship accounts. As comfortable doing the work as you are guiding senior stakeholders, you'll contribute to pitches and act as a thought leader, whose passion for spotting key social trends and opportunities will raise the standard of social-first thinking across the agency. You'll see the whole picture - connecting audiences, platforms, and creative opportunities to deliver measurable impact.
Requirements
A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, you'll ideally possess experience gained as a social media professional and knowledge of international social media channels and content. With an understanding of how to improve creative effectiveness and performance, you'll enjoy mentoring junior members of the team. If you love shaping how brands show up and get a buzz from translating insights into ideas that perform, you'll fit right in.
