We’re looking for a Flexible Resourcing and Improvement Specialist to help deliver our ambitious strategy for a more adaptive, sustainable workforce model.
This is a unique opportunity to design and implement creative approaches that reduce reliance on external recruitment, establish internal talent pools, and integrate committee recruitment into our resourcing function. You’ll play a pivotal role in improving processes, leveraging technology, and championing flexible solutions that make a real difference to how we work.

What You’ll Do
- Shape the future of resourcing by designing and implementing flexible workforce models that drive agility and sustainability.
- Launch internal talent pools and cross-cover networks to reduce reliance on external recruitment and unlock internal capability.
- Commence the development and introduction of generic role profiles/job families for key roles, ensuring consistency and ease of use across the organisation.
- Identify opportunities for internal cross-cover across departments and design mechanisms that support this, aligned with our matrix ways of working.
- Support improvements to recruitment processes and documentation to make them consistent, streamlined, and user-friendly for candidates and managers.
- Champion technology and innovation and explore emerging tech.
- Integrate committee recruitment into the resourcing function to deliver consistency, quality, and efficiency.
