The Business Associate in the Business Infrastructure team plays a key role that will provide essential strategic, financial, and operational support to the department and Sector. Reporting to the Senior Business Manager, this position focuses on problem solving, driving strategy development, solving complex business problems, creating financial models, preparing detailed business cases and developing out-of-the box solutions for challenges faced by the Sector.
The role will require a high level of interpersonal skills, diplomacy and a culturally appropriate attitude that perfectly embodies the NEOM mindset of diversity.

Key Accountabilities
- Provide analytical insights and data-driven recommendations, enabling leadership to make informed decisions.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives in line with the Design & Construction sector vision & goals, collaborating with the Senior Business Manager and Department Heads
- Assist in preparing detailed business cases for key projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with the company’s long-term strategic priorities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess the business cases / financial impact of new initiatives.
- Support in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgeting, and analysis of different financial scenarios to assist decision-making.
- Oversee daily facilities operations to ensure that the Innovation Hub office are maintained in excellent condition, supporting the overall business activities.
- Identification and analysis of complex business challenges across the sector and development of actionable solutions.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement under finance, procurement, operations functions
- Provide analytical insights and data-driven recommendations, enabling leadership to make informed decisions.
- Manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure optimal time management.
- Conduct research, analyze information, and present concise recommendations.
- Solve complex and routine challenges efficiently, using logical reasoning and sound judgment.
- Assist in decision-making by providing data-driven insights and well-structured problem-solving approaches.
- Coordinate and oversee projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
