About The Role
This is a Maternity cover position until 16th December 2025 working full-time.
This role offers an opportunity to deputise for the Graduate Entry Medicine (GEM) academic year leads. Academic year leads hold a vital strategic and operational role in the GEM programme, this role will include deputising for the operational delivery of the timetabled teaching and pastoral support of learners. There is an opportunity to contribute to assessments. Teaching expectation is to deliver learning outcomes in foundation of sciences ,particularly physiology for year 1 and 2 of the GEM programme .

Welsh Language Skills
The Welsh language level required for this role is Level 1 - A little. The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please etc.). Level 1 can be reached by completing a 1 hour course.
