Deputy Marketing Manager in

Job Summary
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Deputy Marketing Manager to help lead the execution of global marketing programs.

You’ll play a key role in assisting in the delivery of impactful marketing programmes, collaborating across teams, and supporting high-profile product launches across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of global product marketing strategies.
- Support the content creation and delivery of marketing collateral, both print and digital, such as landing pages, sales aids, technical white papers, training materials, trade magazines, booklets and catalogues.
- Lead the new product introduction process with a focus on quality control and timely delivery.
- Assist in the coordination of photography and videography for global campaigns, including model castings and asset selection and the management of assets on the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Contribute to the execution of industry-specific marketing programmes.
- Work closely with product development, learning and development, technical sales, and the wider marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.
- Maintain and update our Product Information Management (PIM) and translation systems, including materials, product features, terminology, and system daily checks.
- Track and analyse marketing activity performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across teams, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Represent the company at internal and external events, offering marketing support as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support team and company objectives.
Requirements
- 1-3 Years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
- Relevant third-level degree and/or professional marketing qualification.
- Excellent written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a wider team, across departments.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to create engaging content.
