Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing Team.
This role is responsible for leading the execution of global marketing programs and creative content production, including photo and video campaigns, product launches, and cross-market assets. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly organised, and comfortable working across teams and time zones. A willingness to travel for shoots, events, and cross-regional collaboration is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of global product marketing strategies.
- Manage the content creation and delivery of marketing collateral, both print and digital, such as landing pages, sales aids, technical white papers, trade magazines, booklets and catalogues.
- Drive industry-specific marketing programmes from industry research to campaign execution.
- Lead the creative direction and project management on photo and video production across the EU, ROW, USA, and AU regions, ensuring high-quality content aligned with brand standards.
- Work closely with the product development team, learning and development, technical sales, and the wider marketing team to align activity with business goals.
- Project manage the product training programme for internal sales teams and customers, in collaboration with the learning and development team.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to meet deadlines.
- Manage and maintain the Product Information Management (PIM) databases, Translation systems and assets on our Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- Represent the company at internal and external events, offering marketing support as needed.
- Manage, track and analyse key marketing activity performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support additional marketing and company-wide initiatives and perform additional tasks as required to support team and company objectives.
Requirements
- Five years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Relevant third-level degree and/or professional marketing qualification.
- Exceptional written, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player, capable of working effectively within the marketing department and across wider teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a proven ability to create compelling and engaging content.
