Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to drive growth within the electric vehicle (EV) installation infrastructure sector. This pivotal role focuses on expanding our market presence by building and nurturing relationships with key industry stakeholders, while delivering on ambitious sales targets across our innovative product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the company’s EV infrastructure solutions, including the EV Kube Modular Composite foundation, Libra Dynamic Load Balancing Device, Sigma Payment Kiosks, and Omega DC Fast/Rapid charger range.
- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities with specifiers, civils contractors, and EV charger installers across the region.
- Cultivate and maintain strong professional networks within the EV sector, particularly with civils contractors, Charge Point Operators (CPOs), and installation specialists.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals to prospective clients, ensuring solutions are tailored to their operational requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support project delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- 3-5 years’ proven experience within the electric vehicle installation infrastructure sector.
- Demonstrable track record of networking and relationship-building with EV civils contractors, CPOs, charger installers and electrical wholesalers.
- Comprehensive understanding of current trends, challenges, and opportunities within the EV infrastructure market.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid role based in Sale, south Manchester. The successful candidate will be required to work from the office a minimum of two days per week, with flexibility to work remotely and visit clients for the remainder of the time.
Remuneration (OTE £65k +)
A competitive basic salary depending upon experience will be augmented with:
