Role Overview
Lead THE LINE Proponent's HR strategy, aligning with NEOM HR to enhance organizational structure, culture, and performance. Develop and implement solutions to drive employee engagement and high performance, consistent with NEOM values. Oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and wellbeing, ensuring alignment with overall people strategies and organizational goals.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Work with THE LINE Proponent leadership team and NEOM HR to develop solutions to their business and people needs to ensure sustained high performance and engagement and alignment with THE LINE Proponent values and ambitions
- Assess and analyze the current organizational structure and culture to identify areas of improvement in coordination with NEOM HR
- Implement metrics and performance indicators to measure the success of organizational development initiatives
- Implement THE LINE Proponent wellbeing strategy for all staff
- Oversee the HR Recruitment function working closely with central HR on all recruitment matters
- Provide advice and guidance to THE LINE Proponent executives and managers on employee relations matters, e.g. policies, allowances, grievances, disciplinary, etc.
- Work closely with the People Services and HR Policy Teams to provide advice and input on operationalizing HR/people policies
- Work with THE LINE Proponent Comms team to understand THE LINE Proponent culture and branding and ensure that all communications with THE LINE Proponent employees support THE LINE Proponent message and culture
- Work in partnership with NEOM HR/other Heads of HR to input on organizational people strategies: relocation and induction, performance and engagement, promotions and transfers, and HR data and metrics – to ensure an aligned total ‘employee value proposition’
- Work with NEOM HR to develop systems and processes to manage employee relations matters and to provide real-time data and metrics about employee relations activity

Experience & Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 12+ years proven experience in HR management and HR operations
- Track record of working with senior executives to develop and implement HR strategies, frameworks, and solutions
- Ability to understand company/people culture and ensure that the NEOM / THE LINE Proponent message and brand is emphasized throughout the employee experience
- Understanding and knowledge of HR Information Systems that can support employee relations activity
- Excellent people manager – able to lead by example
- Interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
- Ability to understand context quickly, problem-solve and make decisions
- Facilitation and project management skills
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written) and a good command of English and ability to present confidently to small and large groups
- Influencer and able to lead people through change
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field
- Master’s Degree in HR or related field (preferred)
