Foundermatcha is helping a new professional-skills startup, led by a well-connected UK founder, find an AI/ML Engineer to join their team.
This is a unique opportunity to help build a company that aims to improve soft skills in the workplace. They use a systematic approach to address deficiencies in EQ, communication, teamwork, etc.
The founder is Oxford and ex-Deloitte and has previous experience founding a company.
The company is currently bootstrapped, and compensation is negotiable. Strong candidates should have experience building AI/ML solutions in fast-paced environments.

- Scalable Mindset: Able to think from MVP to scale, both from a tech and user experience perspective
