Are you a senior Renewables Lawyer looking to develop and lead your own practice?
Our client – a top-tier shipping and international trade law firm – is expanding its transactional offering and seeking a Renewables Partner to spearhead a new practice area aligned with the firm's global client base in transport, shipping, and energy.

- Lead the development of a renewables transactional practice at one of the world’s most respected specialist shipping firms.
- Work alongside market-leading lawyers across shipping, marine, energy, infrastructure, and trade sectors.
- Leverage a strong, existing client network in transport, maritime, and energy industries to build a thriving renewables practice.
- Access cross-referral opportunities and institutional support in an agile and entrepreneurial environment.
What We're Looking For:
- A Partner or Senior Counsel with expertise in renewables projects, M&A, project development, or energy finance.
- Sector experience across offshore wind, solar, green hydrogen, battery storage, or similar technologies.
- Strong client-handling skills and a passion for business development and practice growth.
- Ideally, some portable client following and the ambition to make an impact in a strategic new practice area.
